    hmm ... We will see...

Scoble was good behind the camera, let's see how he does infront. Charles I feel would be better in front of the camera, so perhaps have Scoble and Charles switch and then have Charles talk about why Scoble is leaving? Tongue Out

Have Charles and Jennifer interview Robert.

Jennifer Question: Well Robert, if you were woman, would Roberta be leaving Microsoft after only three years?Wink

We filmed this today in Scoble's office. Scoble is in front of the camera. His son is there too.

It's a good, frank conversation about blogging, Microsoft, his future, etc.

And I kept the questions nice and easy too Smiley

We'll try and push it out by Tuesday at the latest.

It makes me sad Scoble is leaving.  Its like losing that favorite pet or s watching your kid strike out on their own into that cruel big world.  I hope the exit interview.  We have lost Scoble but got Rory Blythe ( a minute or two anyway) probably the second best known Microsoft blogger.  Lets hope Rory is a permanent fixture here on C9.

Scoble is still a Niner and will spend time here. It's not like he's leaving C9 completely. Rory will be seen around these parts, for sure...

I would LOVE to see Rory more involved in Channel 9. He's always seemed like a huge asset that just gets wasted by Microsoft.

Although he's not at all like Robert, he IS (like Robert) a bit of a renegade and Microsoft needs more visible renegades like that.

Rory's a real developer, so intelligent it's scary and has given me more (intentional) "laugh out loud" moments than any developer I know. Even if you're not interested in the mobile platform check out one of his just posted screencasts.

I would have thought he'd be a great fit for the "public" face of the Channel 9 team, and would help bring more developers to the place too. Bring him on!

It's too bad the Channel 9 exit interview for "Star" Scoble wasn't hosted by Barbara Walters!

I hope Scoble will be a boomerang employee after the streamlining.

You can take Scoble out of Channel 9, but you can’t take Channel 9 out of Scoble! <img src='http://video.ch9.ms/ecn/content/images/emoticons/emotion-1.gif' alt='Smiley' />

See you on the other side Robert! We do still love you!

Pfft. I could outcode Rory in certain situations.

He could learn a lot about writing from me, too.

Bring some tissue paper, you might get a nose bleed with your pedestal so high.

I've never heard of Rory before, but just watched his intro to mobile development and thought it was a nice intro. I would watch the rest but I don't care about mobile development, I don't even own a Windows Mobile device, so what is the point?

And "he" would be the first to agree with you.

    The Cult of Rory

There once was an employee named Rory
who said he could code and write stories
    Like a regenerated Scoble
that could code for a mobile
He arrived in the universe of Channel 9.

His fans follow from near and far
to catch a glimpse of this evangelistic star
You don't stand a chance if you enter debate
because in the end you'll make him look great!

    Beware the cult of Rory!

Nice, and you're the one that says we are the intellectually unstable on this forum? Perplexed:s:s

Point us to a link to a Linux forum where they agree with things you say. We've all seen ChrisA's anti-Microsoft attempts on Linux forums and he makes even the Linux dudes scratch their heads in wonderment.

Just hope it's a nice long in-depth interview, not like some of the ones where you're disappointed to see that the running time is only 8 minutes or something like that Smiley
