Office policy suggestion: "Warn before sending"

A useful feature for corporations, but Outlook could do with a "Warn before sending" message that warns people before emailing certain recipients, addresses (or addresses that meet a Regex), the warning could be "You're an entry-level employee mailing the CEO, that's just stupid" to "you're mailing a known spammer" or even "You're not meant to do personal emails from work, get back to work, slave!"

...or has this been patented already?

Hmmm... I wonder who would hate that more; the users who get nagged for sending e-mails or the administrators who have to continually maintain the "warn before sending list."

I'm thinking it would be possible to do this with a plug in, or even just the rules wizard.

It sounds like a nice idea, especially the "you are mailing a known spammer" part, it could help a lot of people who don't know much about spammers.

The sad part is that you aren't even part of the wage-slave population and yet you've found a way to improve it.

Seriously, go to grad school, the corporate world will suck the life out of you.
