Turns out this office has a VLK for Windows and Office, so I could just use my Windows XP VLK CD.

Windows installed fine, the problem now is with Office 2007.

The company has an Office 2007 Volume License, and a valid Office 2007 Enterprise key..

If they had VLKs didn't they have access to the VLK/eopen download site?

If you have an OEM CD (no matter the source and language) and it is an unmodified one, you can always use a legal (so not from a keygen) key to install and activate via Phone. Smiley
They'll just ask you for telling them the key.
