    AMD Athlon64 3200+
Corsair XMS 512MB (Due to be upgraded to 1GB in a few days)
Leadtek Ti4800SE 182 (Due to be upgraded to a 6600GT 128 in a few days)
Asus K8N-E Deluxe nVidia nForce 250GB Motherboard

Moderatly fast... but the graphics card really doesn't do modern games justice.

one day, i want to upgrade my graphics card for developing the DirectX game, but it does not worth, because of my motherboard is integrated with graphics card and audio card.

    Several problems with this benchmark:
1 - Only calculates the BIOS-primary video card, even if it's not the best one you have installed.
2 - Only calculates the free space on C:, not taking into account all your other hard drives
3 - For AMD systems, seems to go by pure clock speed rather than leveraging the Athalon line's famous tendency to do more per cycle.

The website is probaly powered by JSP because I gues it is created by futuremark. If it was created by Microsoft itself it would probaly be on ASP.NET and under the www.microsoft.com domain.

Edit: pretty weird it calculates free space on the last drive I have, not on my system drive.

    Intel Xeon 2,0GHz s603, 512kb, 400MHz FSB = 199 euro
    Intel Xeon 2,8GHz s604, 1MB, 800 FSB = 220 euro

only 40 euro more for a dual 2,8 800FSB instead of a dual 2,0 on 400FSB not that cheap if you ask me. Or it must be second-hand.

Sir I have been watching this board for a time and it concerns me that 90% of the time you are putting someone down in one way or the other.  Have you ever heard of the golden rule?  Do unto others as you would want them to do to you.  All I am saying is just be nice to people that have differ views then you.

Okay then... prove that 90% of my posts are of me putting others down Smiley

And if you'll read my post in context, you'll notice that I wasn't "not being nice", did you perchance not detect the slight exaggeration in my post?

Besides, SGI IRIX systems are still better than Wintel boxes Wink

I dont want to get flamed for this, and I do realise this is a place to have open and honest tech discusions, but.......

a large proportion of your posts W33bo seemed to be about either how crap microsofts adherance to so called standard is, and how great other things are....

you have your views and that is great, I just wish you could accept that other people have equally valid views that may at times disagree with yours

W33bo I am just making an observation, I dont mean to make you feel bad but rather just understand that others have differnt thoughts. Just be open minded is what I am going to say.  You make a lot of good points but dont always need to put others down making them.
By the way I have had SGI machines unix and wintel, but to be honest I dont rate them any better then others.
