A bug in IE9 or not?

    According to this forum thread, the reason people can't see the correct contents is because of a bug/incompatibility in IE9. For instance, in IE9, all you see in this thread is white boxes.

    Anyone know why IE9 shows the white boxes when it should not?

    @magicalclick:

    So do you see the white boxes on the PreSonus site? If not, I wonder what can be different between our browsers then. What version of Flash do you have? I have 11.0.1.152.

    When I say "white boxes", I mean this:

    Because the HTML is not valid.

    @ZippyV:

    Yea that would certainly explain it. I wonder if there is a way to view the contents without switching browsers. I tried playing with IE9's filtering and compatibility settings but it made no difference. Apparently some people do see the contents properly in IE9.

    Well, one nasty work-around is to look at the source and copy/paste the URL in question. Still easier than installing a different browser though.

    Yea I tried it at work, I wasn't really that impressed. Not really worth installing just for this.
