@blowdart:I agree but it is all branded the same so it should be important to them to get consistency of quality across the board. 

Their customer service sucks. 

I just had a great experience of customer service just last week when Disney fell over themselves to make up for a botched screening of one of their new films.  The result is that I (and my kids) still feel great about Disney as a brand.  Needless to say that I don't feel good (any more) about the brand of "Wordpress".
