The FRAND patents it bought with Motorola will now be licensed fairly to the likes of RIM, Apple and Microsoft.

They'll stop scraping website pages and presenting them in their search results. This always struck me as a dodgy practice, since I can't imagine they'd asked permission before doing it. If Google presents a summary of a site in the search results then I guess people might not visit the site.

The FTC found no evidence that Google was favouring its own services when presenting search results, which was one of Microsoft's complaints.
