    They discovered contentEditable="true"?

    Not for professional uses, but, would be a great tool to do a rapid prototyping. Editor is not new, but, since it is free and presumebly it will improve without me updating, it would be a good tool. I will keep this in under my radar.

    @Bass:

    Sad doesn't seem to work. I press try it and double click on Sample1.html (and 2) and they are blank.

    I expend Widgets HTML menu on the left and they are all [red X] <tag>. Try to drag and drop, I can see somehting is draging, but, nothing is shown after I drop it in the editor area.  Back to my notepad.

    couldn't get it to do anything. buggy. i know their servers are swamped but why would that affect my client side experience?

    i like the idea but so far, everything labeled 'cloud' has left me deflated.

    It didn't work for me the first time, but when I reloaded it magically worked. Smiley

    @Bass:

    I tried it again, now I see something in the editor, but, stuck in gray loading zone (without the loading circle, only gray that doesn't let me click anything). Sad

    Make sure you are using Chrome or latest version of Firefox. I don't think it works in any version of IE.

    So, it's not standards-compliant then?

    @Charles: It kind of looks ugly too. I guess they didn't get the Beauty of the Web memo.

    Unfortunately IE is missing a lot of technology other browsers have. IE9 is a good start but lets not stop there okay? Smiley

    @Bass: In IE9 it gives me:

    "The browser you are using is not supported.  Please use Firefox 4, Chrome 5, Safari 5 or greater."

    Shame. Either that or they used stuff that is not a standard yet and could change and brake the whole thing.

    Didn't expect it to use something that's not standard yet. I will wait for html to finally catch up then.

    Well, IE10 in it's earliest form was released last week at MIX11. There's no stopping in sight. Just the opposite, in fact.
