    Don't know, I am not a MS employee. But, congrads.

    Leaving WM on 5/2018 if no apps, no dedicated billboards where I drive, no Store name.

    Three interviews can't be a bad sign. Congratulations!

    But if I remember right from watching movies, a final interview like this is usually when they clone you, or you find out that on the 4th floor(in a 3 floor building) there's a doorway to Hell.

    Oh please, cloning does not deliver shareholder value. We slip drugs into the coffee and then implant then control chip. Much cheaper and more effective.

    @blowdart: But have they tried building designer clones? You could have developers that are little more than a head and arms attached to an atrophied torso. With IV nutrients they would never need (or be able to) leave their workstations, which could then be packed much more tightly. PMs could be similar but have a hive-mind level of interaction with their teams. Support people could have a specially tailored soothing phone voice. Even janitors could be built for heavy work and be able to survive solely off of stuff they find in trash.

    Ok, I think I've had too much science fiction.

    @SharePoint Guy:

    If you fly there and pass the final interview, remember you can lose up to 50k by being a p*ssy when they make you an offer.

    Immediately refuse it and ask for the offer +50k. If anything they will negotiate down a couple thousand.

    It's yours to lose. Remember that.

    @IsThisReallyBeer: That's true with any offer. They want to save money, so they'll offer you low. I'd come back with 25% higher and see what happens. Worst case is they come back with the same offer, so it doesn't hurt to try.

    Hi,

    I will be appearing for PFE interview next month.. If possible can you recollect your interview experience and some technicalities which one should stress on while preparing for the interview.

    thanks.

    I understand Microsoft has a strict "no negotiations" policy for new hires; but obviously it's different when it's Microsoft who is headhunting.

    I wonder how you can set yourself up to be targeted by Microsoft.
