Something just changed in Cortana

probably needs to get out more, but for some reason I clicked the blue help icon in Windows 10 File Explorer and was taken to Bing with a search for "get help with file explorer in windows 10" and the top result contained a option to ask Cortana something.
With a smile, I decided to ask "How do I turn off my computer"? and got the very sensible answer back "Go to start --> Power --> Shutdown".
To to make sure, i asked her "Where is start?" and was to my surprised told it has something to do with "give a small jump or make a sudden jerking movement from surprise or alarm" :) :)
    Bing Search Result
Decided to send this feeback using the feedback app, so I did it again to verify and got the same result back. This is like 1 minute after I executing the query the first time.
Before sending the feeback report I did it again. This must be like 15 minutes later or something.
I once again asked Cortana for "Where is start?" og now i got this! With a video and everything! Rock on.
    Bing Search Result
Who changed that search result inside the brain of Bing? Who understood the context of the second question? Man or machine?

One of the cool thing demoed with the first release of Cortana on WP, that hasn't gotten enough attention, was multi-step questions.

    1. Show me all of the nearby pizza places
    2. Order by rating
    3. Let's go to the first one

It would be a killer feature if Cortana could hold on to context for much longer than a single transaction. "Hey Cortana, what was the name of that pizza place we went to last year in Seattle?"

    Yeah, context is the key.
I just saw that Cortana has a family in China and Cortana has been localized under the name Xiao Na. But it is Xiao Na's cousin XiaoIce ("Little Ice") who's generating the real buzz.
XiaoIce is described as "Cortana's little sister" and is cloud chatbot / smart personal assistant.  Launched in Sept. 2014, the bot has learned from over 7 million observed conversations on microblogging platform Weibo
XiaoIce is a social assistant that people can add as a friend on several major Chinese social networking services including Weibo, a Twitter like microblogging service used by 700 million people [...] By simply adding her to a chat, people can have extended conversations with her.
But XiaoIce is much more evolved than the chatbots you might remember. XiaoIce is a sophisticated conversationalist with a distinct personality.  She can chime into a conversation with context-specific facts about things like celebrities, sports, or finance but she also has empathy and a sense of humor [...] Like a friend, she can carry on extended conversations that can reach hundreds of exchanges in length.
... So MS for sure knows a lot (more?) about language and context that we currently see in Cortana.

Its nice to know the help buttons in windows now just do a bing search for a search term likely to bring up more pages than not with instructions to screw up your computer like "fix file explorer error easy with our tool".  Seriously?
