    Scott Adam's creator of one of my favorite comic Dilbert has decided to accept Brandon Watson's challenge to try to WP7 Phone  ... if he is not satisified  Brandon will pay $1000 to a charity recommended by Scott

    Hopefully in next few weeks we will know whether  Dilbert likes it or WP7 will be sent to Elbonia ...

    @xgamer:Gah!  Another website that decides that I need a stupid statusbar thing at the bottom.  And as soon as I attempt to close or minimize it, a frikkin Netflix popunder shows up.

    Why the hell do I need to have my eyeballs raped by marketing every time I go surfing somewhere?

    AdBlock is your friend, my friend.

    @ScanIAm: I do agree with excessive number of ads on Scots site, I think its sort of unethical to block all the ads using adblock like tools ...especially for full-time cartoonist with their syndication revenues declining ....

    On the side note when things were looking good on WP7 side .... it seems  wp7 marketing/legal/integration team have already started screwing up things ... by making differentiating features like Voice Guided Navigation unavailable in Non-US countries ...  Perplexed http://www.wpcentral.com/voice-guidance-missing-some-international-7712-mango-builds

    Hope sanity prevails in WP7 team ....

    @ScanIAm:

    You can use tracking protections. Although I don't think any adblock would help in the ultimate ending. Eventually they will merge ads with actual toolbar or menus together. Meaning they upload the HTML or Silverlight or Flash into ad agency and merge both contents. If you want to block by domain, you would ended up blocking the entire menu.

    I would probably use Flash menu + buildin ads. No way you can block it without crippling the site. Muhahaha.

    Leaving WM on 5/2018 if no apps, no dedicated billboards where I drive, no Store name.

    Scott provides verdict on Windows Phone 7 - it seems he likes it better than iPhone 3G/Android, though he clarifies it as a personal choice ... good for Wp7 and brandon watson's efforts...
