It used to be the case that the forum would automatically resize embedded images to a reasonable size, while maintaining aspect ratio. However in a recent post I noticed it only rescaled the width, leading to a very squashed image. This seems to occur in both IE 10 and Opera 17.0, so I don't think it's a browser issue.
that is messed up. I will take a look at it
If you are looking for a way to resize image proportionally, please try thisVB.NET image scaling library control. Using this control, developers can adjust the image size without changing the ratio between image width & height. To put it in another way, this VB.NET image scaling control toolkit allows developers to zoom in or zoom out source image file in a programming way. This control supports many image formats, such as PNG, BMP, JPEG, etc.
Sorry, this has been fixed for a week now. Forgot to follow up here.
Let us know if there are still problems with this
@Geoffreyk: I thought it seemed to have started working again Thanks
EDIT: Also great that the fix seems to apply to existing posts as well as new ones!
