@ShaneW:Keep in mind that the Flex doesn't have a display, so you have to rely on lcd dots to determine your activity which can be in a large range for each dot.  I have the One and love it. I do sync it with my iPhone via Bluettooth.

@Harjit @ShaneW: I have the Flex as well. I had a One previously, but lost it when it worked its way off my belt on a weekend trip to Chicago. Know a lot of others who have had theirs go missing as well, so I figured the Flex would be a lot harder to lose.

In addition to now having the display you also don't get an altimeter, so no tracking of steps.

I just keep my One in my pocket so it will be more difficult to lose <hopefully>.  If anyone is into tracking their food, Spark People, http://www.sparkpeople.com/, will let you sync your fitbit activity with them.  This way to can track your activity and nutrition at the same site. And it's FREE!!!

It's a day of "One"s.  First I watch the XBOX ONE reveal, and then I go out and buy my Fitbit One.  Smiley

    It's a happy coincidence.

After doing a little research I'll probably get the One over the Flex. I like how the Flex is a bracelet, but the One is more bang for your buck. I'll have the Zip for TechEd though.

@KRemde:  I had a FitBug last year at TechEd and averaged between 21K and 26K steps each day.

I'm hoping to do at least 25K steps per day at TechEd.

Just joined.  It'll be my first TechEd, and I wanted to track how much I walked anyway, so I bought a Zip @ VZW when I got my new phone.  Can't wait to see how much I walk & burn off!

Being a IT fatty, I bought a fitbit for this summer and it should be here in a day or so in time for TechEd.  I picked up a One, because I don't like wearing bracelets other than my watch.   Excited to finally see how much walking I put in over a day at the conference.

As we get ready to register for TechEd 2014 today (yay!), thought I'd post in the group to bump it up and encourage more FitBit users to join the groups.

I've been using a Flex, but pre-ordered the Force which should ship this week according to FitBit.  I miss the display from the One and the added benefit of having it also be a watch means one less thing to wear when working out.

Here are the direct links to the groups. Feel free to join one or both:
