Has anyone received a confirmation yet from their hotel? I booked on the 12th when it first opened up and still haven't received confirmation yet for the hotel. I know it said to wait 14 business days, so I have a couple days left on that, but I was just curious if any particular hotels were on the ball faster than mine.
I've been regularly checking status on the registration site and my accommodations finally moved from Pending to Sent status but I've not yet received any actual confirmation.

I understand the con is still a little ways away but not seeing 'Confirmed' under my hotel reservations on the TechEd site is making me nervous. I'm debating calling the hotel directly to get confirmation. I'd prefer to not be spending TechEd sleeping in a local park.

Mine still says "Sent"! I registered on launch day.
@DBegley Thanks, will do. It's just making me nervous saying 'Sent' for the last couple weeks. I'm stressing over it too much I'm sure.
Blame it on my OCD.
The TechEd Registration Team are awesome. As busy as they are they still reply very quickly when contacted. They eased my concerns even when they're unnecessary.

Has anyone who is staying at the W hotel received a confirmation yet? This will be my first TechEd, I just want to make sure everything is in place. I will give TechEd a call to check the status, but was just curious on what everyone else was looking like.
I just spoke to the registration team and they let me know that the hotels have been slow to confirm reservations, but hotel confirmations should typically be received within 14 business days. If it takes longer than that, please contact the TechEd Registration Team a call at +1 (866) 812-1211 or send them an email at TechEdNA2013@microsoft.crgevents.com to find out the status. Do not contact the hotels directly as the reservation process is managed through the reservation team and not the hotels.

@DBegley:I got my confirmation number for my hotel reservation.
I registered that first day it was open and I still haven't received my confirmation from the hotel, hopefully it will come next week.
@KevinMet: I'm also booked at the W Hotel, and my status is "sent" even though I registered a couple weeks ago. Per @DBegley, I did call the TechEd Registration Team at (866) 812-1211 and within 30 seconds the person on the other end confirmed that "sent" is a guarantee of the room, they just haven't assigned the confirmation number yet.
To recap, "sent" status on hotel is gold. You just don't have the confirmation digits yet, but it is guaranteed if "sent."
I booked at the Hilton Riverside yesterday and received my confirmation today.
