I didn't get a copy of my receipt when I left. I know they verified my email address but I dont see it in there. How do I get a copy?
I'm in the same boat, but haven't had a chance to check back at the store to inquire. If you find a solution, please respond, as I will do the same.
Mine actually got tagged as spam, and had to release it from quarantine.
What was the sending address?
It comes from Microsoft Retail Store.. microsoftstore at microsoftstoreemail <dot> com
I also didn't get a copy of my receipt.
I checked my SMTP gateways and done see anything from microsoftstoreemail.com. I also checked all email messages addressed to my SMTP address in the last 24 hours and I don't see anything that would be it. Would you be able to look at the headers and verify the MAIL FROM SMTP Address and perhaps the SMTP gateway it came from on the MS side?
got mine ok! I never gave an email do it must be using what you registered with which I believe is your .net
They asked me for an email address. Here's the from info I got:

If you still can't find it via your registration address, go back and ask one of the store employees. Woes case is inquire with your CC company. They can request a copy of the receipt. I've had to do that for a lost receipt where I had to do a warranty registration.
Thanks for that info but still no dice on my audit logs. I'm going to have to find time and find someone to help me.
They were able to repribt a summery receipt at the store on the expo floor.

Sorry to hear that some of you didn't get the receipt. I did receive mines. I keep my e-mail address in a "memo" and I show it to the person who requests my e-mail address. This usually eliminates nearly all the errors as the person can verify what is type in. Of course I have to make sure I enter my e-mail address correctly in the first place.
I had two co-workers that did not get receipts. They went to the store and provided an alternate address and received the receipt at the alternate address within a few minutes.
Should come to the email address you registered with, which they verify at time of purchase and change if you ask. My came no prob.
I still haven't got my receipt. Is there anything I can do now that teched's over? Or maybe I don't need to show a receipt in case of warranty issues?
