.net 1.1 and .net 2.0

    I have .net 1.1 running on  iis 6.0 do i need to un-install .net 1.1 for 2.0 to work?

    what else do i need to know to make .net 2.0 to work right?

    Set the current ASP.NET version to "2.0" on the current IIS Application Scope / Virtual Dir's property sheet.

    ok 1 more thing i have iis 6.0 running w2k3 web edition and sql 2000 running on 2000 server sp4. how can i set it to work with that sql server?

    Ensure the SQL Server is 'visible' from the Web Edition server and adjust your connection strings so that they reference the correct server hostname.

    It's visible i also have sharepoint 2.0 running on that web edtion server and the sites are working the db's that are on that sql server. I will check out that web address thanks.
