Multiple Update panels with Atlas?

    I have a site, that uses master pages. I put my script manager in the master page. I have one page that works sorta like this:

    CustForms.master
     HolMultipleDetails.aspx
      ImageSelect.ascx

    In ImageSelect.ascx I have an update panel with some triggers and it works fine.

    In HolMultipleDetails.aspx I have an update panel and controls like this:
    <asp:RadioButtonList ID="rblSizes" runat="server" BorderColor="Gray"
           BorderStyle="None" BorderWidth="4px" CssClass="main" RepeatColumns="1"
           RepeatDirection="Horizontal">
    </asp:RadioButtonList><br />
    <cc1:UpdatePanel ID="UpdatePanel1" runat="server">
     <ContentTemplate>
           <asp:Label ID="Label9" runat="server" CssClass="label"
               Width="83px">Quantity</asp:Label><asp:CustomValidator ID="cValQuant" runat="server"
                   Display="Dynamic" ErrorMessage="Please select a Quantity." Font-Names="Arial"
                   Font-Size="X-Small">*</asp:CustomValidator><br />
           <asp:RadioButtonList ID="rblQty" runat="server" AutoPostBack="True" CellPadding="0"
               CellSpacing="0" RepeatColumns="1" Width="75%">
           </asp:RadioButtonList>
           <br />
     </ContentTemplate>
     <Triggers>
      <cc1:ControlEventTrigger ControlID="rblSizes" EventName="SelectedIndexChanged" />
     </Triggers>
    </cc1:UpdatePanel>

    The AJAX stuff in the Image Control works, but not on the page itself. Any ideas?

    Ok, I think the issue here is that if you apply a trigger for a radiobuttonlist (or checkboxlist) event to an update panel, it doesn't work, because .Net codes multiple <input>s instead of one object. (Which makes sense, as there is no HTML control that envelopes multiple radio buttons).

    Since this list is dynamic, any quick work arounds?
