Google is actually filtering (censoring) results in the default web engine.
For example in Poland, if I type in google "tablica" hoping to find the portal "tablica.pl" which is a notice-board type portal (you post an annoucement that you have something to give/sell/trade etc.) you won't find it anywhere in the results. You will find an android app for the portal, but not the portal itself.
Bing gives it at the top. There are more examples, but I would have to dig in my memory a bit to remember them.
But still - I find google more reliable when looking for programming-related information. And Bing is very cropped in Poland, just the basic features.
What I also love about it is that it's so easy to add TypeScript to your code and it's even easier to remove it - just compile and it's gone. The compiled JS looks very clean and clear. It would be nice if the compiler could optionally include comments in the resulting JS file from the source TS file.
