@cycnus You can host access web databases today at http://www.accesshosting.com and we will be providing hosted SharePoint for Small Business in the future so that you don't have to spend 80K + servers to get started
@athman our tables become standard sharepoint lists. So you can work with them the same way you can work with any sharepoint list in Visual Studio.
