Currently I'm a Principal Escalation Engineer responsible for Windows Azure support. Since 1990, I've incubated support for numerous new Microsoft products: Communication Server (SNA Server), PC Mail, Exchange, IIS, Site Server, Commerce Server, Windows CE, Windows Mobile, Diagnostics, and Windows Azure.

I began working in the IT industry in Paris, France. I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1997. Originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania, I earned a B.S. degree from Georgia Tech and a PhD from the University of Paris I (Sorbonne).
