Hi Kim, apologies for belated. If you want to share details on your experience please reach out to me at jaimer at microsoft.com..
What you describe is different than most other's partners experience (with not getting installs after a week, that is very unusual). CPI also depends on your creative, the targeting you use, etc.
hieu, best place to get support is github. Were you installing the SDK in a WIndows Store app, or a desktop app. The SDK you were installing is the UWP one. For desktop apps, we don't have a nuget package; the way to reference on desktop is to add a reference to C# project.
Hi UserVoice.. Our partnerships w/ Monogame, Unity, Marmalade, Epic, Cocos, ANGLE, and many other middleware/frameworks providers is where we are focused on gaming.. I would not expect an update to XNA.
@Ariel, bob is right that you will need to tweak the template. With Blend this will be straight forward. I am guessing the brush you are looking for in the template is ToggleSwitchThumbBackgroundThemeBrush .. I recommend you alter the template and replace it (instead of altering the brush).. but either will work, just make sure you do it within the scope that only alters your controls (with this brush it might be safe since it is very specific to toggleswitch
Daniel Dacey, thanks for the feedback.. I have passed it along.. we are definitely working on some of the items you are mentioning ... The platform definitely has a lot great features so I would advise not to discount it for the short term.. You can write some great apps in this release.. there is lots of them in the sore already...

Getting started with the Windows SDK for Google Analytics
Hi @WilliamABradley, Google Analytics send exceptions (or stack traces) as strings..
HockeyApp does send exception objects and they can be symbolicated via HockeyApp- if you upload your symbols to HockeyApp servers)..

Bytes by MSDN: Windows Store
Hi Bydia,
I have passed the feedback on the 100 to the product team.
Trying to better understand the comment on 88. Where do you see that number??
I assume you are running RTM version of the OS, right?
Windows 8 Developer Opportunity
Mouhammad, the tools for WIndows 8 are free...
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/evalcenter/jj554510.aspx?wt.mc_id=MEC_132_1_4
You can get a 90 day eval of windows 8 and that is usually enough to write an app
The tools are free all the time, you can get them from here:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/hh852659
hope that helps..
