  • Anders Hejlsberg, Herb Sutter, Erik Meijer, Brian Beckman: Software Composability and the Future of

Charles, why didn't you take advantage of Roundtable for this interview? Smiley I just started watching...and this lineup looks like it's potentially one of the coolest interviews in a long time Smiley
  • Technology Roundtable #1

Any chance we can get a better quality video next time? I am already head-over-heals in love with the roundtable method of recording these videos, and I just got done telling my Head of Technology about roundtable, the device - he's excited too.

Love it! Great content too! Just too low quality Wink
  • Geeking Out in Barcelona

whoa...Is it just me, or are programmer-chicks incredibly attractive Smiley
I'm serious, these women are drivng me crazy Smiley I want a calendar on my wall with a different programmer-chick for every month, and opinions on managed-code Smiley

I love these women - don't tell my wife Smiley
  • Looking at XNA - Part One

Boyd mentioned that in order to use XNA, and write code on your 360, you would need to know C#. Is that exclusively the XNA favored language? Or will VB guys like myself be able to play in this parkt too?
  • Looking at XNA - Part One

Whoa...this stuff might actually motivate me to get a 360. Rory, I love how you are in the interviews...and not confined to the opposite of the camera...the other interviewers should do this type of interview more often Smiley
  • WCF Ships, Doug Purdy Dances, and Don Box Sings

Holy crap man...this is chaotic - I love it.

    On a serious note:

This workflow thing looks neat, if you restrict yourself to simply procedural development...but that isn't really agile. Does WF have a way to do OOP? Building custom classes, etc...
  • Channel 9 Team - Welcome to our new design

I thought it would be funny to bump this thread...so here we go!

  • Duncan Lawler - Virtual Earth 3D: What. How. Why.

When will I be able to pull this into a Desktop Application and have it automatically display geographical information extracted from my datasource? Smiley
  • Duncan Lawler - Virtual Earth 3D: What. How. Why.

Wasn't it MS who hosted Terra-Server? Why not scrap that old app and call this the upgrade? Smiley
  • Five on Nine - Pilot Episode

Rory, Jason, and Adam were cool.

Jason, you're smarter than I thought, dude Smiley I couldn't really pin you down on an intelligence-meter, because I really have no freaking clue what you do at Microsoft, but crap man - unleash you on the show and you've got brains out the whazoo - actually that would probably be a very serious medical condition to have brains out your whazoo....hmm. You brains stay secured inside your head, but they obviously work very well Tongue Out

Adam, enjoyed seeing you on cam again. You never cease to impress us being a UI guy, as well as a programmer, and still be able to hold your own in a conversation on OS's. Hella-sweet dawg. Oh, and by the way tell your wife not to put cool music on her myself, I found it while looking at Softie-spaces and now I'm slightly addicted to the song on there...wouldn't be bad if it weren't "Somewhere over the Rainbow".

Rory - well, you know. You're damn cool man! Excellent host. Excellent niche. Keep up the good work, and be sure to have Jason and Adam on there again, soon, really soon...as a matter of fact, now, or as soon as possible, slumber party if necessary.
