@CKurt: right now all the hosters that support WebMatrix are free. We are also working with hosters on providing free/cheap hosting for students and hobbyists.
@Raiven: yes aware of the #5 thing, backstory - I've been waiting for a while to post the jQuery video so it was originally number 5. Episode #5 came and went and then when it was time to post the jQuery vid, i forgot to update the number will make the change soon.
@Artemiy: We've been talking about doing something like that, but I've not had time to build it. I would love to see a CodePlex project spring up that does this. Perhaps we could do a Helper?

To answer you question it depends if you call start.js from the CDN or your local web server. If you call it from the CDN it will use the MS Ajax library from the CDN, if you call it locally it will look in the same directory for the files. We are looking
at options to modify the default behavior - would this be useful to you?
