If you are watching in the Silverlight player on Channel9, they have the default set to 50% volume. Just use the control in the player to increase the volume. Otherwise, you can click the "Formats" link under the video and select the WMV link to open in
Windows Media Player.
I used Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp) to record and encode the video. Unfortunately, I used the microphone on my webcam for the audio, hence why the audio is poor. I am using a much
nicer USB microphone for subsequent screencasts, and trying to tweak the video to look a little nicer. Any comments / suggestions are welcome.
