I work for a mid-sized IT firm that supports a DC-based organization. I generally work in web development and write applications in .NET 2 (C#) when necessary, but have been drawn into more and more SharePoint 2007 development lately.

    As much as I hate Ted Pattison saying URL like "earl" (I prefer U-R-L myself, but that's just me Expressionless), his webcasts make short order of things I want to know and deploy here for my client.

    Thanks for this, it's really quite helpful. Now I'm wondering how I might lock down particular rows/columns/tab in a spreadsheet.
