@Warhead: 'For the record, if you are smart enough to code WPF, then HTML/JS/CSS is utter child's play'
I couldn't disagree more, any significant application is far more diffacult in Html/Js/Css than in WPF. Its not about being smart or skilled enough, it more like going from using a backhoe, back to shoveling by hand.
I love KEXP, but how is that a charity? its just a public radio station, its one of the best stations on the planet so maybe I should shut up, but I don't consider it a charity. (you contribute money and you get a service, great music, its basically HBO for radio)
Sorry but this did not convince me as a developer to start a blog, and I was thinking about it! At least it was honest about the pros and cons, and real problems, I just tallied them up and it came out negitive.
What’s with all the unprofessional outfit comments? this is game development not accounting, how many game dev interviews have you seen with developers wearing a suit? (hint the answer is 0) pretty much everyone I've seen has been a T shirt wearing
(you’re lucky if it’s clean) guy, you people are sexist, she is casually dressed for a casual work environment.
Great post, but correct me if I'm wrong, only PlayOn and TubeCore can bring Hulu to Media Center extenders? (and they both cost money, think I'll try TubeCore). Wait looks like TubeCore requires media server software like PlayOn to work anyway, might as
well just use PlayOn as the media servers that support Hulu cost money too.
