Module 1 - SQL Database in the Cloud

This Module discusses about Azure's SQL Database and Microsoft SQL Server Database running on Azure's virtual machines. It also highlights the difference between Azure, a dedicated cloud database and SQL Server, an RDBMS that can be used for both in-premise applications and also for the the cloud. The course attempts to provide a primer for SQL Server enthusiasts who have not tried Azure's offerings and further demonstrates how easy it is to start using SQL-based databases in Azure.
