Microsoft is pleased to announce a new MSDN Administration portal to help you manage MSDN subscriptions via the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA). As an MSDN administrator, you hold the keys to unlocking user benefits, software, services, and support to fuel your team's innovation. MSDN subscription benefits include Microsoft Azure monthly credits, technical support, and other great online apps only after a subscription has been assigned and activated. With the new MSDN Administration portal, you can get your team up and running in no time.


To get started, first you'll need to get subscription manager privileges from one of your company's account administrators. This is done by the account administrator signing into the Microsoft Volume Licensing Center (MVLC) and clicking Manage Users to assign, remove, or adjust permissions.


Clicking Add will begin the process of assigning a new person to help manage this data. On the Add User page, your account administrator will need to enter all requested user information and choose a permission level.


Once they click Submit, you will be sent an email advising you of your new permissions in the account.


Any user with account admin or account manager permissions can sign in to the MSDN Administration portal with their User ID or Tenant ID, search for your company's volume licensing agreements, and begin managing MSDN subscriptions via the new tool.
