Wouldn’t it be great if stuff just worked together? Why do we need 10 ways of doing something, wouldn't 1 be best? Sure, this all sounds good on the surface but what if someone has a great idea for doing something better than the standard way? Wouldn’t you want that? Until recently they mostly made these decisions on their own, but I recently met with Vijay Rajagopalan to discuss how his team is helping to bring a new focus to these decisions.
