This is a really good example and I like the narration, as it helps to bust the learning curve.
In an effort to flatten it, could you please add the source code, as figuring out what the hell NewAuthorizerFromEnvironment() wants and why does it not respect environment variables - it took forever. Also, you briefly mention permissions and that also takes forever to figure out in order just to be able to follow along.
Overall, looking forward to many more examples!
