In this episode Symon interviews Eamon O'Reilly, a Principal Program Manager Lead in System Center, to discuss the features and benefits of the Service Management Automation (SMA) in the Windows Azure Pack (WAP).  SMA provides automation of administrative tasks (such as deploying virtual machines) through the WAP management portal, and integrates with System Center and Windows Server, while running on PowerShell workflows.

    Hi Symon, Is it worthwhile to use orchestration in Public Cloud development which creates VM, Cloud Service, Storage Account etc.,

    @Pushpa:Hi Pushpa - Yes, you can use automation across all types of infrastructure, including public clouds.  System Center Orchestrator has an Azure Integration Pack.  SMA for WAP can use PowerShell for Azure.  Last week, Azure released its own automation service: http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/automation/
