    Nasty that the dashboard used to inform clients was impacted by the outage! Then vm provisioning, start-up and network problems. Human violation of an update policy! All great learning items - I wonder how many companies have a good root cause analysis process where they identify all the root causes and put corrective actions in place and actually execute on those corrective actions. The last good one I saw was a post mortem which was published on YouTube. Transparency being a key part of the process.
