Description

QueryString parameters are great but can cause problems in RESTful WCF if not used properly.  In this screencast I'm going to show you how you can and should use Query Parameters and I'll give you a pointer to a nifty little class I wrote to help you out.

I found this video helpful but the repetitive background music was annoying and stopped me giving 100% concentration on what you were saying.

Sorry to hear you don't like the music.  Do you think it would be better if it wasn't repetitive or would you rather have no music?

Hi Ron, in general I'm the sort of person who works in complete silence as I can't concentrate completely otherwise and the same is with learning something new - probably more so. Some of our designers work with their earphones blaring music all day but all the devs prefer a quite working environment, so I know I'm not alone. It's not that I don't like the music it's just that I think that the videos would be more effective without any background music/noise which I think is your primary goal here. There have actually been a couple of videos in the endpoint.tv series that I’ve stopped watching due to the background music – this was the first one I watched that I noticed the issue so was the only one I commented on.

BTW – the link to your blog in your profile is a dead link.

Thanks for the feedback - I'm going to keep the background music to just the beginning and end for the next one.
