    Great video, this all looks really nice... 

    I have to ask though why do some pages use site specific master pages while other pages use server specific master pages?

    I would have preferred ALL the master pages as site specific. This seems like a pain which could have been avaided.

    Good vid, but I followed the directions to edit the master.default page and it broke my SharePoint instance.  Then I find some pre-release documentation (  that states you shouldn't do that "Do not edit the default.master file directly in the <%System Drive%>Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\TEMPLATE\GLOBAL\ folder.".  So now my installation is hosed, and I'm wondering why yours didn't break.
