    How using "Find available rooms" example we can explain the features provided by Azure Digital Twin? What makes it different and unique? I know with such a simple example, we cannot justify the service features, but just wanted to know and present to an audience who can co-relate the huge opportunities it can provide.

    What difficult and different things one organization has to do if it is creating own Digital Twin kind of platform and not levering Azure digital Twin?
