    [01:40] - OEM sticker keys redux.

    Gov, what you mean is the OEM masterkey (SLP), but the key on the laptop/PC is a normal key (OEM COA) that you can use to activate Windows. Those are 2 different things! Don't mix them all the time.

    Try this hotfix:

    On a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, a process that is being terminated stops responding. When this issue occurs, the main thread of the process becomes blocked, and the process does not terminate.
