    Regarding [10:56]  I have also been experiencing weird boot behavior on the notebook that I use. It started happening several months ago after a Windows Update.  It's too late for me to rollback the update.  I dual boot Win7 and Win8.1 and sometimes, not always, it will freeze up to 20min with zero activity recorded.  The first few times I would force shutdown and restart. Now I just patiently wait for it. Most of the time I hibernate so my reboots are rare. Since it happens with both OSes I suspect it's a hardware problem.

    Regarding [19:25] HP Stream 7 ,

    The Winkey+Vol down combination for Screenshot is not enabled in HP Stream 7? Any other key combination for taking screenshot in Stream 7?

    I have a question about Windows 8.1 RT. I have a Lenovo Yoga with rt. It is an ARM based machine. I noticed when I am on websites that I tend to have serious keyboard lag. This makes it difficult for when I am going to class online. I was curious if you know of any fixes for that. I also noticed that this happened on my desktop that I used to have that was running a full version of 8.1. Just let me know what you think. I have tried every trick that I have seen on the web, but nothing seems to work. On a second note, I am curious if you also know anything about the future of RT. I mean I am getting many mixed opinions online. Will Microsoft continue to have a platform on ARM based devices? I would love to be able to upgrade to Windows 10 when it comes out on my RT device. Thanks and would appreciate the help.

    @MagicAndre1981: That is the weird thing.  I have done that and I don't see any issues.  It is a complete mystery to me.  I have seen many other users have the same issue.  The most that support has ever told me is to look for issues on other programs that are running and using the cpu to much or that it is an issue with the website.  The thing is I am sure that it is not every website out their that has this problem.  I can use my wife's laptop with windows 7 and I don't have the issue.  It only happens on my windows 8.1 RT and 8.1 Pro machines.

    install the Windows 8.1 SDK with the WPT on your x86/x64 Windows 8.1. Copy the WPTarm-arm_en-us.msi from C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Windows Performance Toolkit\Redistributables to your Arm device, install it, reboot and run this command:

    xperf -start perf!GeneralProfiles.InBuffer && timeout -1 && xperf -stop perf!GeneralProfiles.InBuffer C:\GeneralTrace.etl

    zip the file C:\GeneralTrace.etl (only this one, not the 2 others) into a zip, upload it (OneDrive) and post a link here.

    ok, the trace shows CPU usage from WindowsUpdate and updating Windows Store apps. You can try to disable the autptmatic update of the apps and update them manually when you don't use the device.

    The disk activity comes from Bitlocker operations. Bitlocker reduces the performance a lot. disable it and look if this improves the performance. But don't expect any miracles. The Tegra ARM CPU is slow with it's 1.3GHz and can't be compared to a normal x86 CPU.

    04:13 That was an unfortunate example for the WD 10TB drive article.

    What's the news story on the right? :)
