  I have the previous version of PowerShell Core installed using the .MSIX installer. When I saw that PowerShell 7 was available I went to download the .MSIX for it, but it doesn't exist. Will a .MSIX PowerShell 7 installer be made or not?

  There should be -- I checked the GitHub and it doesn't look like it's there so I put a PR in its place, but given this doc https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/scripting/install/installing-powershell-core-on-windows?view=powershell-7, it should be there. I'll update you if I can find a link to the MSIX!

  @Doctor Who: According to this, https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/issues/12009#issue-575723912, they ran into a problem with the build.
