Gotta say... this is the best "looking" I have ever seen the show... my compliments to the ad-hoc studio/camerawork.

(I assume this was Fillo, in which case, kudos Fillo!)

That's what I was thinking too. Maybe they should keep the couch.

Love the Scott Guthrie mockumentary. The myth, the legend escalates!

Where can it go from here? I want to see a whole Spinal Tap type movie Smiley

Yeah, Nic set everything up including cameras, lights, etc and we had an external editor (Cary Lin) doing the editing of the show.

Filming that was a blast and kudos to Tina for pulling it off on a small budget in a tiny amount of time. As for future videos, I'm sure we can think of some more fun ones. We have some outtakes from this one that I still need to upload for C9 which should be pretty funny too Smiley

I get a feeling that Microsoft are turning the Gu into .NET mascot. That is cool. Duke (the Java mascot) should be warried. Soon MS will be selling The Gu action figures. BTW where can I get a "What Would Scott Gu Do?" T-shirt?

I'm out a bit out of touch but isn't the Duke, John Wayne?

Hmm, I don't know about mascot, but he's certainly popular Smiley

To your question on shirts, the "What would Scott Gu do?" shirts were special order for the intro video and I have the only one (since I was a Gu-Pee (A ScottGu groupie = Gu-Pee). I told Scott we can go 50/50 on the profits from t-shirt sales Wink

Duke is the Java mascot ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wave.svg ).

It seems like Scott Gu is becoming more popular than Ballmer himself and that "Developers! Developers! Developers! Developers!" is hard to beat.

    Isn't it Giga < Tera < Peta < Exa?

Cool video guys. Keept it up, this is one of my favorite shows here on channel 9.

Nice show, guys. Silverlight 3 sounds huge.. I suppose I should finally get to learning it. If only there was an Expression Express suite like with Visual Studio.

Also, Scott Gu is the man. When you give a session and people are not only standing in the aisles, but also outside the room holding up their cellphones to just record it over the crowd, you know that you've got something to say.

Wow you guys are right - the set does look awesome - I got sick after MIX and this is the first time I've had a chance to watch it myself. Smiley

Would have kept the couch but with the new baggage regulations Delta wanted $25 to check it... d'oh.
