But "Go to source file" is disabled for me when I am in Queries tab. Is there a way to fix that?

SagarShetty @kihtov23:Currently there is a bug around this issue that you may be experiencing which should be fixed in version 16.9 Preview 2 of Visual Studio. Other than that make sure you have the solution with the source code you profiled open when trying to click "Go back to source file". -
