What about solution with multiple repositories support? I have multi-project solution and each project has it's own repo.

So why is the git experience GitHub only and does not show DevOps while the Clone option dialog from VS2019 show just minutes later does show DevOps as a source for cloning? It would be nice for people working exclusively with DevOps to have that be a first class citizen in the new git functionality just like VSTS is currently. git != github

    I'm interested about two things:
    1. Pull Request support - I saw it on previous movie but now there is only link to browser. Do you still have it on the roadmap? If yes do you plan to support bitbucket?
    2. Do you plan to add some gui support for things like interactive rebase?

What I've missed is where I can link a related work item. Will that become available in a future iteration ?

"We hear you"? You guys are so far up your own git-obsessed **ses that you can't hear ANYTHING. Repeat after me:

"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"
"Show me a list of local repos"

I don't CARE about git, all I want is nice simple source control and the ability to switch between the multiple apps I need to look after.

I presume that I can apply this new Git experience to my VS 2019, and it won't adversely affect my use of TFVC, correct? (We still use TFVC here at work. I happen to use Git when working with Azure DevOps Services and GitHub.)

    @mike1880:
If you require to have a list of solutions stored in a single Git repository, you can have that in Team Explorer, which is still supported in VS 2019, and it's working as in previous versions of Visual Studio (2017, 2015).

Should focus on presenting things and not praising how great the new experience is.
Also, can one review a pull request in Visual Studio, the web interface for seeing changes is not great?

I'm hoping for a time when Microsoft will stop changing everything around arbitrarily without making things better...

How do you link a work item with a commit?
How do you link a work item with a push?
