    Wow that's amazing!  I've been looking for a replacement for my aging BSR X10 system for a long time.

    Let me know if you need help with the transition, would be more than happy to help get MissionControl up and running as a replacement  Smiley

    @DennisDel: Thanks and great work!

    I've got an initial target for a new project next month, from an old project I did a few years back using an infrared controlled robot:

    But I'm not sure if receiving the audio/video on my WinPhone will be more work than I've got time for.  (Note, I do not intend to use Skype for this remake.  Just a WinPhone & Mission Control).

    Is it it pretty easy to pull in other Phidget items into Mission Control?  Or is it currently coupled to the Phidget-IR pretty tightly?

    @roschler: that's some really cool stuff.

    One of the great things about MissionControl is its adaptability. You can swap Phidget IR with some other hardware/SDK as long as those are either:

    a) have an open network protocol, so you can send/capture specific commands.

    or

    b) have a .NET SDK that can be used with the server component.

    @dennisDel - Excellent!  In June I'll be getting started so we'll have more to talk about then.  Thanks again for the info and the great project. Smiley
