Tiles, Notifications, and Action Center

Notifications are one of the primary ways you interact with your customers on Windows devices.  In Windows 10 we have completely converged the developer experience and overhauled the notifications UI and interaction model.  Windows desktop for the first time will have an action center; developers can now send much more customized content inside a notification in both toasts and tiles; and toasts can even contain self-defined actions to help users do more things without switching context. This session will cover both the experience changes of notifications and the scenarios you can build using the notification framework in Windows 10 to make your app more powerful and engaging to the user.
