Azure Development in Visual Studio

DevOps is about people, process and products. Getting it all right requires effort but the benefits to your organization and customers can be huge. Microsoft has a fantastic set of products that can adapt to any language on any platform. In this demo-heavy keynote, Donovan Brown will show you how to go from "zero to DevOps" like a pro. Starting from just a blank desktop, he will create a new team project and a complete pipeline. He will also deploy an ASP.NET MVC application into Azure all live and hands on.
Imagine using this to completely setup Database (SSDT) projects with Git/CI/CD/TFS etc by just running one command and choosing options. I would love it if that happens soons. Any support planned for SSDT/SSIS projects?
@beckerj: yes but the question is what should the schema of the sample database be?
very nice :) But is it possible to retract the entire deployment after demo is done? Any help on that or do we have to create a usual cleanup script. Thxs
Awesome presentation. I'm adopting DevOps practices within my development teams so this video helps a lot. One question, what version of Visual Studio are you showing (2015, 2017)?
