Craig has over 20 years of IT experience, 15 of which in the client management space. Craig has been with Microsoft for 12 years. For the first 5 years as Test Engineer, responsible for overall Scale and Performance testing of SMS2003/SP1. Subsequent to this Craig move over to become the Program Manager for Manageability and Performance for the ConfigMgr 2007 release. As part of Configuration Manager 2012, Craig was one of the Senior Program Managers responsible for the User Centric initiative primarily focusing on Software Distribution, In Console Monitoring and User Device Affinity (UDA). In 2011 Craig moved to the Windows Intune product group, to focus on Targeting and UDA. In 2012 with the merge of the Configuration Manger and Windows Intune product groups, he played a pivotal role in building the Unified solution that connected the two products to support mobile device management. Prior to joining Microsoft, Craig was a Principle Consultant for Software Spectrum for 8 years designing and implementing Microsoft Windows, Exchange and SMS infrastructures at Fortune 500 companies.
