mrwjr2003 I'm looking forward to this session because we often forget that ALM changes rather often as well, but we tend not to keep up with the changes.
-
BIAdmin Any chance that we'll get to see the new Kanban features in action?

kalliminn The main hurdle implementing the agile workflow in TFS has been that the developers don't log their time against work items (or we have not found the right way of doing this). When I work 2 hours on a task I should log this against the issue and the remaining estimate should reflect that.Logging my work in one system and then going back to VS to update the remaining estimate seems to be the hurdle I can't get my developers to cross.
They tend to like jira where you just log your working hours against open issues in the active sprint.
We may well be going about this absolutely the wrong way. Hope this comes up in this session. -
Daemogar I am excited about this session, but if I am attending the workshop "Kickstart Your Application Lifecycle Management Using Team Foundation Server 2012", should I also attend this session?
@kalliminn:Yes, I agree. I would like to hear more about ways of logging time worked with tasks.

DarinS is this being repeated later
I'm already attending another important...to me...session

ThomasBjorndahl Is it possible to have both VS2012 and VS2013 on the same machine?
-
briankel @ThomasBjorndahl:Yes, you will be able to have VS2012 and VS2013 side-by-side on the same machine.

Sorry, we aren't repeating this session this week, but you can now check out the recording above.

The session above covers (mostly) new things which you wouldn't have seen in the 2012 workshop. I would suggest watching the recording of this session to see where we're heading which will build upon what you now know about 2012.

Yep, we showed just a bit of that during the talk. Aaron Bjork's talk (happening today) will go deeper.

Bruce Looking forward to more info about the new build tools.
