I looked at it, when I first set up my blog.
For my needs it was too feature-rich and complex.
It's nice though if you want to offer various parts on your blog, like forum, downloads, etc...

Talking .Net, I can only suggest dasBlog.
I've been using it for the last couple of months and it's OK.
It has some problems, but they are all minor ones....

I'm going to have to convert from dotText (another suggestion for the original poster).  It is spam-freakin-tastic at this point and it doesn't work for me any more.

I'll try DNN and see, thanks!

Write your own!  Its a good way to learn and you get to customize exactly to your needs.  Although I know that rolling your own is not for everybody...

I'm developing one of my own in .Net 2.0 ...
but I can't finish it. It becomes bigger and bigger and bigger ... I'm really living the .Net 1.1 to .Net 2.0 transition, but for a semi-serious blog I want a closed and packaged application Big Smile

    thanks anyway

I have plenty of products to test !!!

    Bye from Spain

If you're writing your own, check this page for a list of features a modern blog engine has. Who knew blogging is so complicated.
