Jeff Woolsey snipit from the main TechEd Keynote demo where he talks about the new scalability of Hyper-V in Windows Server 2012 as well as some of the awesomeness that is VM Guest performance. I love the term "Un-Virtualizable Workloads" he coins.

Just under 1 million IOps for a VM Guest running with 4 virtual HBA adapters - currently 3x what VMware can accomplish.

He also calls out the great stuff Windows Server 2012 can do with ODX integration (Offload Data Transfer) for SAN actions. 10 GB in just 10 seconds for a file copy.
