Right click “Save as…”

Check out the Visual Studio 2010 multi-line cursor called "zero-length box selection".  This feature allows you to work with multiple lines of code at the same time.

SHIFT + ALT + [UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT] ARROW;
ALT + Left Mouse Button
