    Cloud is great, but you are vulnerable to the "Backhoe" failure. We lost a lot when we lost our Internet connection to a backhoe. The stuff running on site was still working. If we had gone all-cloud, we'd have been dead meat. Yes, the smart play is to have a wireless back up plan or at least a second cable running in a different direction. But we didn't.
